This year has been nothing short of transformative, and I’m excited to share some personal milestones, career highlights, and insights from scaling our new agency.
Personal Achievements
This year, I focused on personal growth and consistency, and here are some milestones I’m proud of:
Completed my bachelor’s with good grades and landed my first job.
Attended my first in-person KubeCon toward the end of the year—a great experience!
Expanded my professional network by connecting with incredible people who inspire me to aim higher every day.
Maintained my travel goal of visiting 2-3 cities annually, continuing the streak for the third year in a row.
However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing—this year wasn’t the best for my health and relationships. These challenges reminded me of the importance of balance and self-care, which I’ll focus on more in the coming year.
These achievements, along with the lessons learned, remind me that growth is a journey, and celebrating small wins is key to building momentum for the bigger ones ahead.

This year, I embraced new challenges that pushed me beyond my comfort zone and helped me grow professionally:
As a Developer Relations professional, I worked on impactful projects that connected AI tools with developer needs.
Explored emerging technologies and collaborated with technical teams to deliver features that enhance developer experiences.
Stayed committed to contributing to the tech ecosystem and fostering community engagement, which remains a core part of my journey.

Scaling Studio1
The real highlight of 2024, however, has been the launch and rapid growth of Studio1HQ, our service-based agency. Here’s what we accomplished:
Generated $10,000 in revenue within just 4 months of launching.
Hired a talented team of technical writers and developers to scale our offerings.
Delivered high-quality technical content for over 10 companies in the AI, SaaS, Framework and developer tooling spaces.
Built a reputation for developer-focused blogs, community management, and advocacy services that drive measurable results.
Scaling this agency has been an incredible learning experience. From refining our processes to ensuring client satisfaction, it’s shown me the importance of building with purpose and collaboration.
Priorities for 2025
Looking ahead, I’m excited to:
Grow Studio1HQ: We’re discussing to launch a community platform to bring together developers, technical writers, and industry leaders. This will be a space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and growth.
Expand Services: Focus on scalable, impactful solutions for developer advocacy and technical content creation.
Content Strategy: Experiment with new formats, including video content and live sessions, to engage wider audiences.
Personal Development: Carve out time for deep work and learning, with a focus on AI and higher studies.

2024 has been a year of milestones, and none of it would have been possible without the incredible support from colleagues, clients, and the community. I’m grateful for every opportunity and every challenge that shaped this journey.
